All students have been provided with a laminated version of these charts which can be attached to your fridge. Please encourage your child to achieve 8 stars (water consumption), 3 stars (fruit consumption), 5 stars (vegetable consumption) and at least 40 minutes (exercise) each and every day. It’s the perfect opportunity for the whole family to participate.
